Thank you for sending me your comments on the back of my survey. I am in wholehearted agreement with the points you make about MPs and their behaviour in claiming ‘expenses’.

I run a small charity which struggles each year to make ends meet, like many other small organisations.  If one of my staff were fiddling their expenses not only would they have to repay them they would be sacked for gross misconduct.  I am personally disgusted with what has happened and feel deeply betrayed by the antics of some of our lawmakers.  It is a shame that there are not mechanisms for forcing MPs who have behaved so disgracefully to resign their seats

 If elected I would happily put the full details of all my expenses claims on my website for anyone to see.
